What will I receive and what should I do when plant arrive?

We will ship plant potted. Size may vary due to different variety. some are naturally smaller than others.  Each plant is individually labeled.  

Water plant and put under shade for 2-3 days. After that, care as usual. 

Shipping Cost 

Website system will automatically add shipping, which include labor, materials, and shipping postage for each order. 

Return Policy

Due to nature of the plant situation, no returns can be accepted.

All plants leave our nursery in good condition. If, however, your plant arrives damaged due to delay in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so necessary adjustments can be made. 

 After 7 days, no return and no refund.


If any mislabeled, please contact us with pictures, and replacement will be shipped when available, or get store credit. No refund and no refund on shipping cost. 


We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or deactivate your account, or to permanently close your account. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.  


If for any reason we couldn't fulfill your order, you will get chance to switch to a different plant or get refunded. 

If you placed an order, that means you agreed with our policy.
